đ A 3-Day Workshop for artistic and creative exploration
đ This workshop is for anyone who are interested in stage art, performance art, dance, circus, teaching, or simply have a passion for theater. Whether you are an artist of profession, or just in the beginning of your theatrical/artistic journey, this workshop is for you!
â¨During the workshop you will be introduced to exercises that aims to spike spontaneity, creativity and give insights into essential tools that makes every performance vibrant and alive.
You will be guided through mask work, mime, playful improvisations, voice projection and spatial awareness. Here youâll have the opportunity to explore what it means to be awake and present on stage and surprise yourself and your audience in the process!
đabout the teachers:
Ole Brekke, founder of The commedia School and one of the last theater pedagogical dinosaurs in Europe, together with his Commedia school partner, Ruth Lerche, bring years of experience and unique insights into creative expression through the art of physical theater.

Friday 17:00 - 19:30
Saturday 10:00 - 17:00 with 1 hour break from 12:30 - 13:30
Sunday 10:00 - 17:00 with 1 hour break from 12:30 - 13:30
- Bring some comfortable clothes you can move freely in.
- There is a common dining room, a microwave and a water boiler at the location.
