SPLIT is a 60-minute solo performance that braids Bharatanatyam, somatic movement, spoken word, and clinical insight into a visceral exploration of bicultural identity, intergenerational nervous system inheritance, and the body as the meeting ground for what cannot be spoken.

Written and performed by Dr. Dimple Kaur — psychologist, master Bharatanatyam dancer, master trainer in clinical hypnotherapy, and Registered Somatic Movement Educator — SPLIT is the rare theatrical experience that is also a nervous system event. You don't just watch it. You feel it land.

This is for you if you've ever: Lived inside more than one culture, language, or self. Studied trauma, somatics, or polyvagal theory and want to see it move. Loved Bharatanatyam and longed to see it speak a contemporary truth. Felt that your body knew something your story hadn't caught up to.
