We've combined the puppy love of the Barks & Rec 5k with the wet & wild fun of Hawaiian Falls doggy day into one incredible new event you don’t want to miss!
Bring your own dog or get matched with a shelter pup from Mansfield Animal Care & Control to run the bases at Fields at Station 63, "bike" the doggy agility course, then end swimming at Hawaiian Falls!
Participation in each portion is optional; choose whether to swim, run, or both when you register. However you play, it’s a great way to get active and help support Mansfield dogs, presented by our friends at Methodist Mansfield Medical Center!
This triathlon-style event lets you and your four-legged athlete run a 1 mile loop, tackle a dog-friendly agility zone, and cool off with exclusive access to Hawaiian Falls Waterpark.
Option 1: Run & Agility at Fields at Station 63 ($20 per person)
This will take place on two different fields at the Fields at Station 63, 500 Heritage Pkwy. Dogs must be current on their vaccines, including Rabies. The Rabies vaccination must not expire before or on the day of the event. [10am to 11am]
Option 2: Swim at Hawaiian Falls Waterpark ($20 per person)
This will be located inside the Hawaiian Falls Waterpark, 490 Heritage Pkwy. Dogs must be current on their vaccines, including Rabies. The Rabies vaccination must not expire before or on the day of the event. Dogs must be spayed or neutered (no exceptions). The following attractions will be open for the Lucky Luau: Breaker Beach (all dogs) and Turtle Cove (Medium to Small Dogs). [10am to 1pm]
Option 3: Total Package ($30 per person)
Choose your challenge - you can do just the land events, just the swim, or go all in for the full tri experience! Dogs must be current on their vaccines, including Rabies. The Rabies vaccination must not expire before or on the day of the event. Dogs must be spayed or neutered to enter the waterpark (no exceptions). [10am to 1pm]
Want to team up with a shelter dog? A limited number of shelter pups are available to participate - just indicate your interest when registering. Once we hit capacity, we'll place you on a waitlist. *Shelter pups are only available for the Run & Agility portion of the event.*
**Important Attendee Information**
- There is a maximum of two dogs per adult person
- Dogs must be current on their vaccines, including the Rabies vaccination, which must not expire before or on the day of the event (no exceptions)
- Dogs must be spayed or neutered to enter the waterpark (no exceptions)
- Participants must complete an Attendee Agreement and
- Responsibility Waiver and register prior to admittance to the event
- If your registration is denied for not meeting the minimum requirements, there will be no refunds for ticket(s) purchased. All ticket sales are final, non-refundable and proceeds will benefit the Mansfield Animal Care and Control Shelter Donation "Lucky" Fund.
