✨ABOUT THE TEACHER, SANAL BHANU RAJAN:
Sanal enjoys sharing wisdom with people from around the world and has committed his life to this purpose. He has extensive knowledge in the mechanics of how the mind functions and he has developed this logical approach of mind transformation after years of research.
Brought up in a traditional spiritual family in southern India, he was immersed in spirituality for his entire life. It wasn’t until he was in his twenties that he had a deep calling to find a new way to make spirituality more accessible and understandable for people in the modern times.
This led him to over a decade of research to find the most effective ways for people to transform their minds so that they could ultimately get rid of their struggles and live a happier life.
He has participated in years of educational programs and mentorships with teachers from around the world to learn these different modalities of mind transformation and has added in his own unique twist.
He’s teaches students from around the world at various yoga schools and is a guest speaker at multiple universities across India.
He now lives in Koh Phangan and teaches at Orion Healing Center every Saturday at 4pm in the Wellness Lounge and looks forward to seeing you there!
