Step into joyful movement with a dance activation that frees the body and opens the flow of energy.
༗ Transmedium Channeling & Healing Session:
In this powerful session with Ernie, we’ll work with transmedium channeling to release deep trauma, old stories, and limiting programs that no longer serve you. Open up to energetic healing and embrace a new narrative.
༗ Breathwork Journey:
Dive deep into a Breathwork experience designed to release emotional layers, move through stored trauma, and access profound states of clarity and self-awareness & opens your heart.
༗ Reflection & Sharing Circle:
We’ll come together in a sharing circle to reflect on your experiences and insights, allowing space for integration and connection.
༗ Chakra Check & Closing: End the workshop with a final chakra check, grounding the shifts you’ve experienced, and sharing heart-to-heart about your new vision of joy and clarity.

Sandra is an international yoga and breathwork facilitator, dance therapist, somatic movement coach, and Reiki master, with many years of experience in the field of holistic healing.
She blends these powerful modalities to create a unique and integrative approach to well-being, supporting individuals on their physical, emotional, and spiritual journeys.
As a Women's Health coach, Sandra focuses on guiding women through transformative experiences, helping them reconnect with their bodies, balance their energy, and embrace their authentic selves.
Her work is rooted in compassion, sensitivity, and a deep understanding of trauma-informed care, ensuring that each individual is met with the care and guidance they need to thrive.

Trance medium energy healing refers to the practice of using a trance-like state to channel healing energy from a source to the person receiving the healing.
This can include the use of light language and movements to facilitate the transmission of the energy.
