Spiritual Wellness Gatherings

A 6 Month series that embellishes your spiritual, healing & awakening journey. This workshop is designed to serve as a safe and sacred space to connect with like-minds, release emotional, mental & physical tensions, learn & grow spiritually, and connect deeper with self in a safe space.

Workshops are led by Lauretta Ita, Clc, Csc. with Divination Life Coaching. Lauretta is a ICF Certified Spiritual & Life Coach who has created a Coaching Program Service that guides people on their healing journey by bringing more awareness to emotional and spiritual issues for healing.

The workshops will be a combination of open dialogue, guided by the theme of the particular serie. All guests are welcome to share their experiences or any advice they may want to share with the group.

Experience a combination of movement & stretch, topic conversations, sound meditation, journaling, releasing and community. You can expect to have a Sunday evening of relaxation, clarity & decompression as you get ready for the work week ahead.
