What to Bring:
- Closed water bottle
-Your favorite cup (with a lid) for drinks (let’s reduce waste together ).
-A snack or non-alcoholic beverage item to share with the group (snacks, desserts, or drinks—whatever speaks to your heart!).
-A yoga cushion as we will be sitting on the floor
- A pen
-Open Heart

Age range will be approximately, but not limited to 35-55 (give or take).
Space is limited, and tickets sale will end on January 17th, so don’t wait to secure your spot.
