This retreat is your opportunity to close the year 2024 with clear intentions, leaving behind everything that no longer serves you, and creating space to manifest your deepest desires for 2025. In an environment filled with positive energy, deep spiritual practices, and connection with an aligned community, we will guide you through a “transformative journey” that will allow you to:
“Release” situations, blockages, and emotional burdens.
“Connect” with divine energy and your inner power.
“Manifest” what you truly desire for the coming year.
This is not just a retreat, it’s an energetic rebirth. The day will be full of practices designed to raise your vibration and align you with your dreams and goals.
10:00 AM - Opening: Welcoming the New Cycle
We begin with a warm welcome, tuning our energies and opening the space with an integration and manifestation circle. We’ll prepare to leave 2024 behind with gratitude and acceptance. Each participant will have the opportunity to release what has been an obstacle in their life this year, through a short meditation, setting the intention of what they will let go.
11:00 AM - Energetic Yoga: Activating Your Inner Potential
A yoga practice designed to activate your vital energy, release tension, and open the body for manifestation. With gentle and conscious movements, we align with the energy of the universe to pave the way for creation.
12:00 PM - Hydration and Fruit Break
A time to enjoy fresh fruit and recharge in a relaxed environment.
12:30 PM - Reflection Journal: Declaring Abundance
A guided journaling activity where each participant will reflect on their desires and dreams for the upcoming year. We will write down our intentions and declare the abundance we wish to attract in 2025.
1:00 PM - Healthy Lunch: Nourishing Body and Soul
Enjoy a healthy lunch that will nourish your body and energize you. A moment to relax, share, and prepare for the deeper activities of the retreat.
1:45 PM - Sound Healing: Vibrating with the Energy of Manifestation
Immerse yourself in a deep sound healing experience. Tibetan bowls and other vibrational instruments will help you integrate everything you have released and raise your frequency for manifestation.
2:30 PM - Hapé Circle: Clarity and Purification
Participate in an ancestral Hapé ceremony to cleanse your energetic field and bring mental clarity. This powerful ritual will prepare you to receive the abundance and opportunities of the new cycle.
3:30 PM - Cacao Ceremony: Connecting with Ancestral Wisdom
A sacred cacao ceremony, uniting heart and mind in a space of deep connection. The cacao will open our hearts and help us manifest with power and clarity everything we wish to attract for 2025.
5:15 PM - Retreat Closing: Integrating the Learnings
Group reflection to close the 2024 cycle and anchor intentions for 2025. We express gratitude for all we’ve experienced, thank the wonderful coaches present, and leave with hearts full of gratitude.
