About this Event
For someone who is grieving, spirituality plays a significant role in healing from the pain the death of a loved one brings. The loss of a loved one can be an attack on our spiritual well-being. This group will go over what spiritual resiliency looks like during grief, no matter what belief system you have. We will discuss different spiritual exercises as well as provide some meditation tips to help throughout the grieving process. Inner healing is explored in this support group.
