Join meditation teachers Joanna John and Kerry Goldring, along with special guest teacher Dr. Lisa Keskitalo, on April 19th at Sanctuary Farm for a Spiritual Reparenting Meditation Retreat. Spiritual Reparenting is a gentle and powerful meditation practice developed by Stan Eisenstein for meeting the parts of ourselves that learned to survive without enough support. Those early experiences—whether from childhood or later in life—can quietly shape how we relate to ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.
This practice is not about blaming parents or caregivers; it is simply an acknowledgment that the ones who are most capable of helping our younger selves through the challenges that still live within us are the adult selves we are now.
This will be a day of guided meditation, connection to land, small and large group sharing, rest, and movement integration.
