I’ve been working toward creating a space for holistic experiences, community, and intentional gatherings—and this event is part of that becoming real.

On April 5, I’m inviting you into something new.

The Spiritual Renewal Journey™ is an immersive, self-paced experience designed to help you:
Release what you’ve been carrying
Reconnect with yourself
Ground your energy
Move forward with intention
This isn’t a class.
This isn’t a lecture.
It’s something you move through.

🧭 HOW THE EXPERIENCE WORKS
You’ll move through a series of stations using elements like:

Breath

Herbs

Sound

Reflection

You can experience it in two ways:

Move freely and follow what feels natural

🧭 Guided Discovery (Optional)
Follow a series of clues that guide you through the space—across all three floors—revealing each part of the journey step by step

🌱 THE SPACE (SOFT LAUNCH)
This event is also the soft opening of Herbs & More Bistro, a space I’ve been working to bring to life.

It’s located inside Root City Kava, and will be a place for:
Holistic wellness experiences
Community gatherings
Intentional spaces and collaborations

So by coming, you’re not just attending something…

Info: Accepting arrivals all afternoon, however the opening, integration and closing are at set times and the stations take 1-2hrs to complete all stations.

Info: We welcome arrivals all day. There are signs to recap the Opening and Orienting if you missed this.

Info: Self paced time going through the stations of the journey. If you need any support, or a station needs to be reset, let us know.

Info: This is the last station where we will host an integration circle to help bridge the experience to everyday life. Important opportunity for system regulation after the stations.

Info: For Full Spiritual Renewal Kit registrants. The Creation Station will be a reserved section with all the supplies and guides to create your herbal blend or anointing oil. The station is part of the self paced format and will close when the integration circle begins, so please be attentive to the time as there are no refunds for missing the station time.

Info: Gather together for a closing to the journey and more soft launch details. Soft launch events are scheduled through May.
