In these meetings we discuss various topics in a supportive and non judgmental environment. The aim is to go deeper than in usual day by day conversations in order to share and benefit from each other different prospectives, become more aware of our divine / spiritual nature and promote our spiritual awareness and growth.
We also usually include some short 🧘🏻‍♀️meditation🧘🏽‍♂️ either at the beginning or at the end of the meeting. Tee/Coffee will be there!
Whatever your believes are, whether you believe in God, the Universe, ETs, in Oneness or even if you do not believe in nothing at all but you feel you are more than just your thoughts, possessions and the roles you play in your life, and want to connect and make a difference on a personal and a so also on collective level, then join us.

Boundaries are often seen as lines we draw, but on a deeper level, they are energetic thresholds—the sacred space where our inner world meets the world around us. They help us honour our own rhythm, protect what is tender, and keep our life force from scattering. When our boundaries are clear, our energy flows more freely. When they are blurred, we can feel depleted, tangled, or disconnected from ourselves.
In spiritual growth, boundaries are less about separation and more about alignment—a way of staying true to our centre while moving through life with openness and grace.
Consider this:
🌱 Where in your life do you feel your energy leak—your “yes” stretching into places that don’t feel true?
🌱 What sensations arise in your body when a boundary is honoured… or when it is crossed?
