About this Event
This interactive class will help you discover and nurture your spiritual essence through exercises Maria has developed over 25+ years as a practitioner and facilitator in the healing arts.
We’ll cover a wide range of practices, including guided meditation, sound healing, mindfulness, intuition, connecting with your spirit guides, energy work, and more. In this class, we occasionally use the Mystic Goddess Sigils Tarot deck, which Maria designed and published in 2021, to help you learn and develop your intuition using tarot cards.
Each week, we’ll form a supportive circle, providing a safe space for you to share your personal experiences. You’ll gain tools and insights that will help you connect with the divine energy around us and support your journey toward positive changes, better health, balance, and personal growth.
