Spring invites quiet honesty: What am I tending? What am I ready to plant?
Spirits in Bloom is a 3-hour immersive experience at Free Spirit Stables with Shawna Marie Yoga and horsewoman Hannah Francis. We’ll slow down, connect, and learn from horses as mirrors of presence, emotion, and intention.
This isn’t about riding or performance. It’s about awareness, curiosity, and relationship — with yourself, with others, and with the horses.
Through grounding meditation, journaling, and connection with the horses, we explore how energy, attention, and authenticity shape relationship.
There’s space for reflection, conversation, and community — or simply observing if that’s what you need. You’ll leave feeling more rooted, open, and clear about what you’re cultivating this season.
