Primarily focused around a stay in Borgarfjörður on a Horse Farm where our earth connection is amplified by riding out and being around the horses.
The electromagnetic field of a horse is about five times larger than a human's. It is believed that this magnetic can have a positive effect on the human body. Some believe that being in close proximity to a horse's heart can help to improve circulation, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote feelings of well-being and relaxation.

There is a reason why Icelandic folklore is filled with stories of horses that see the unseen, that travel between worlds, that protect and guide. Icelandic horses often seem to “know” more than they let on — they look straight into your soul, and when they trust you, it feels like being blessed by the spirit of the land itself.

The Icelandic horse is one of the purest and oldest horse breeds in the world. Brought to Iceland by Norse settlers over 1,000 years ago, it has remained genetically isolated due to strict import laws. But beyond its genetics, the Icelandic horse carries a spirit and presence unlike any other breed.
