✨Join us for a transformative Spinal Flow & Breathwork Retreat at the beautiful Maleny.Our day includes 3 small group spinal flow sessions.
First we start with bringing ease into your body.
The next session is to help you be aware of where your body is holding blockages and how you can gently release these.
In the afternoon, after our breathwork session, we will be running a beautiful heart opening experience laying on your back and bringing the spinal wave through your body.
You will have time in between each session to journal, meditate and complete our Shadow Alchemy workbook.
We are so excited to partner with the amazing Ben and his team from Primal Breath.
Ben will be running a guided breathwork session to help you release any limiting beliefs that you may be carrying.
We will be providing a delicious healthy lunch and snacks to get you through this uplifting experience.
