Spinal Energetics x Breathwork: A Collective Healing Fundraiser

Join us for a powerful evening of healing, connection, and transformation as we come together in support of a deeply personal cause.

We’re honoured to be joined by Dr. Sarah Jane’s Spinal Energetics team, including incredible practitioners from both Australia and London, for this special 2-hour immersive event blending Spinal Energetics and Breathwork.

This sacred gathering is being held to raise funds for Dawn, the mother of Jessica, founder of For Myself Healing, who offers a range of holistic modalities including Spinal Energetics. Dawn is currently fighting lung cancer, and all proceeds from this event will go directly towards helping her access GD2 Immunotherapy treatment in Germany, which costs over £80,000.

As we breathe life and restoration into our own bodies, we will send that healing energy outward—to Dawn, and to all those affected by cancer. We’ll be holding space together with love, intention, and the shared power of community.

We’re deeply grateful to be joined by Jesse, Pat, and Tiff from Sarah’s Australian team, supporting this beautiful evening of collective energy work.

Contraindications

For the safety and well-being of all participants, you will not be able to take part in this event if you have any of the following conditions:

• Epilepsy

• Uncontrolled high blood pressure

• Cardiovascular diseases (including previous heart attack)

• Severe mental health disorders (e.g. bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis)

• Recent strokes or seizures

• Acute viral or physical illness

• Pregnancy

• Severe heart conditions or disease

• Currently taking heavy Medic*tion that alters brain chemistry (e.g. antipsychotics)

Additional Notes:

• Individuals with asthma should bring their inhaler.

• Anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or who has fasted for more than 48 hours will not be permitted to attend.

• Children under 12 years old are not permitted.
