-Please bring a yoga mat towel to cover your mat which is already provided at the venue.
-Please bring a water bottle and come dressed in comfortable clothing.
-Please move or stretch on the mat, make sounds, and release any emotion you feel
-It is perfectly normal to not 'move' during a session, each person's response is unique to them and the amount of movement does not correlate to the success of the session
-If you need to eat before a session, please eat lightly
-It is advisable not to arrange anything too strenuous or hectic after the event
Our group energy healing session aligns and balances energy, allowing participants to release negative and trapped energies. By combining our energy fields in a group session, it can be a truly powerful and transformative experience. Everyone’s response to treatment is unique and individual.
Please read: Each client has an obligation, to be honest in their new client forms and reveal serious conditions to their practitioner. The practitioner has every right to refuse a session if necessary. The below conditions must not be treated by Spinal Energetics:
- During pregnancy
- Children below the age of 12 years old
- Anyone above the age of 75 years old
- Diagnosed severe PTSD- Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
- Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, antipsychotic)
- Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries
- Epilepsy and/or history of seizures- History or diagnosis of aneurysms- Cardiovascular problems
- Heart conditions and/or heart disease
- Severe asthma
- Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis or spiritual emergence within the past 3 years
- Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect their ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release
