🌱 Chef Devyn, our Farmer Liaison and seasonal produce expert, will walk you through the world of spinach—from baby spinach to mature bunches. You’ll learn how to select the freshest greens, store them properly, and understand how their flavor and texture transform with different cooking methods.
🥕 Miss Leah, our Registered Dietitian, will share the powerful nutritional benefits of spinach, including how it supports iron intake, bone health, and overall wellness—and practical ways to incorporate it into balanced, family-friendly meals.
