(Time * Expectations * Access) is a self-support group that discusses ways we can reduce barriers in order to move through life in a way that allows us to live as fully and connected as possible. This group will discuss increasing awareness, 'tuning in', speaking up, being in community, ways of meeting your needs, and making space for you.
