✨ DAY 1 — Saturday, December 13
2:00–2:30 PM — Arrival & Welcome
Fresh tropical fruit and herbal tea to settle in.
2:30–3:15 PM — Community Connection
Meet the facilitators and your retreat family.
3:30–5:15 PM — Integration & Rest
Choose your flow:
• Quiet rest, journaling, swimming, nature time
• Optional Yoga with Riley — grounding movement before the evening ceremonies
5:30–8:00 PM — Sphinx Vibe Music Ceremonies
A beautiful blend of:
• Cacao Ceremony
• Ecstatic Dance
• Sound Journey with Maria
8:00–9:00 PM — Thai–Indian Dinner Buffet
9:00 PM onward — Bonfire Under the Stars
Sit by the fire in the cool mountain air, sip tea, stargaze, and unwind into stillness.

6:00–8:00 AM — Morning Chanting & Pranayama
Breathwork and mantra with Ritthee, followed by sunrise Kirtan led by Atùm.
8:00–9:00 AM — Breakfast Buffet
9:15–10:00 AM — Closing Circle
A grounding completion with Atùm & Imán.
10:00–11:00 AM — Free Time
Swim, sip tea, enjoy nature.
11:00 AM — Check-Out
