Gareth Evans is a former chef turned accountant, who now oversees a team of 8 in his own accountancy practice. Gareth uses his first-hand experience in the hospitality industry to support operators across the UK, helping them to build, run and grow a profitable business.
Originating from Melbourne's vibrant coffee circuit, Joe McDonnell established 200 Hospitality and quickly rose to manage top-tier global venues. Drawing from his diverse experiences, he's now rallying industry trailblazers for transformative change. Motivated by his vision of a more prosperous and positive hospitality sector, Joe urges collaboration to benefit employees, patrons, and investors alike. Together, he believes they can craft a brighter future for the industry and the world, one venue at a time.
