• Break down the foundations of herb magic
• Explore a small number of key herbs and their uses
• Learn how to choose herbs based on intention and intuition
• Create your own simple herb-based spell
• Activate and complete your working in a grounded, supported space

You’ll leave with:

• A clear understanding of how to use herbs in your own practice
• A completed spell
• The confidence to keep your work simple and effective

• A small personal item (optional)
• A notebook and pen
• Yourself, exactly as you are
