In a world where loneliness is on the rise - and proven to impact both mental and physical health - connection isn’t just nice to have, it’s essential. Genuine human connection helps regulate our nervous system, strengthens communities, and gives us a sense of belonging we’ve been missing in our fast-paced lives.
I’m so grateful to be hosting this evening at Wet Coffee - my favorite coffee shop and a true community hub in Oakville. Their warm and welcoming space makes the perfect backdrop for gathering, and I’m thankful to them for opening their doors to us.
