Under the glow of the moon, join Aman for a ceremony of ritual, breath, and transformation. We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ritual and intention setting, followed by grounding movement. Then, journey inward through somatic breathwork, guided by live facilitation and a curated playlist designed to carry you into new layers of release.

We’ll have mats, blankets, eye masks, and pillows available — and for added comfort, feel free to bring anything that helps you feel nurtured, grounded, and supported, allowing you to drop in with ease.
