• 6:45 PM — Arrival & check-in
• 6:50 PM — Check-in closes
• 7:00 PM — First shuffle begins

If you arrive after 6:50 PM, you will not be admitted — even with a valid ticket. No refunds.

Hosts will check you in and walk the group to the event venue.
