Intro to Lucid Dreaming - In this introductory class, you'll discover the art of conscious dreaming.Lucid dreaming is the practice of becoming aware and in control within your dreams—a state where you can explore your subconscious, overcome fears, enhance creativity, and deepen self-understanding.
This focused session introduces you to the fundamentals of lucid dreaming and equips you with practical tools to begin your own practice. Whether you're curious about expanding your consciousness or seeking a new avenue for personal growth, this class offers a supportive entry point into this transformative skill.
Space is limited for this class. Max 8 participants
(includes lecture, practice, and take home exercise)
Class duration: 60-90 mins
Dress: comfortable, loose fitting clothing; socks recommended
Equipment: We provide a standard zafu and zabuton meditation cushion set for each participant. Small support cushions and blankets are available to enhance your comfort if needed.
(If you prefer, folding chairs are also available.)
