About this Event
Original Dating is proud to bring our unique brand of speed dating to Oxford.
Expect to meet around 15-20 people throughout the evening for short dates lasting four minutes each. The perfect length of time to decide if you want to see someone again.
After the event, you'll have access to our unique online matching system to find out who you've matched with and arrange that all-important next date.
Our events attract a fun crowd and we hope you can join us too.
We guarantee you'll meet people you want to see again at this event, but if you don't - your next event is free.
Important information
This event takes place in a private area of the bar. Staff will direct you on arrival
- Doors open 7.00pm
- Event starts 7.30pm
- Speed dating finishes approximately 9.30pm
- Venue closes 11.30pm
It’s essential that you arrive before 7.25pm in order to take part. We might not be able to allow entry if you are late.
How it works
When you arrive at the best venue in town you’ll be met by our friendly host. After a quick introduction explaining the night, you'll be straight onto your first date.
Each date will last around 4 minutes, the perfect amount of time to get to know someone and not that long to just have a chat, if not.
Girls stay at the same table throughout the evening and guys move around the room.
The following day you can select your matches, 'yes' 'no' or 'friend' and by 5pm you'll find out who you've matched with and be off on a date in no time. It's really that simple.
We'll have a short break halfway through for you to top up your drinks.
After the event
Once everyone has met everyone your host will round up the event but that doesn't mean the night is over, there will be plenty of time to chat some more after the event.
