Speed Dating for Jewish Young Professionals

Jewish, single, and ready to mingle?

We’re partnering with The Boston Synagogue to bring you the event variation we receive the most requests for - an event exclusively for those who identify as Jewish and would like to date the same.

Who this is for:

This event is designed for young professionals ages 23-39 who self identify as Jewish. You do not need to be a member of the Boston Shul to attend.

What to expect:

Doors open at 5pm where you’ll check in with your hosts from Boston Single Mingle, and have a chance to meet members of the Young Professional Committee at the Boston Synagogue. Our hosts will explain hos the speed dating portion of the event will be run so you are comfortable and confident before your first (of several!) first dates. While we’re checking attendees in, relax and enjoy a “mini mingle” where you can say hello to another friendly face, buy a beverage, or treat yourself to a snack.

Once most attendees have checked in, we’ll seat everyone for their first date. We’ll keep the time and keep you organized so all you need to do is focus on the lovely person sitting across from you. When you dates are complete, make note of who you meet and want to keep in touch with, and your matches will be in your inbox Monday morning!

About the Boston Synagogue:

Boston Synagogue is a warm, small, haimish neighborhood shul located in the heart of downtown Boston. We are a pluralistic egalitarian community whose members come from all walks of life-- including LGBTQIA+ and interfaith families-- and we welcome everyone wherever they might be on their Jewish Journey! We are the only shul in downtown Boston that holds Shabbat Friday night and Saturday morning services 52 weeks a year, and we host a huge variety of social, educational, and holiday celebrations for the whole family!

Tickets: Ladies please buy a Ladies ticket, Gentleman please buy a Gentleman ticket. This allows us to get an even number of participants. These events run best when there is balance to the room - if your ticket type is sold out, please DO NOT BUY THE OTHER TICKET.
