At Speed Candidating, you’ll rotate between tables where local candidates host real, level-to-level discussions. No speeches. No gotcha moments. Just authentic conversations about the future of our town.
We’re especially excited to welcome new-to-Gulfport residents and younger voters—those who may not yet feel plugged into local civic life. This is your chance to connect with community leaders in a relaxed, accessible setting.

We’re keeping the event small and focused—attendance is limited to 40 people, and RSVPs are required. This ensures intimate, meaningful conversations where everyone has a chance to engage.

Upon arrival, you’ll receive a question menu—a selection of pre-set, open-ended topics designed to spark thoughtful discussion. As you rotate through candidate tables, you can "order" a question you’d like to hear them answer. This keeps conversations dynamic, participant-driven, and engaging.

No trick questions—just a relaxed, engaging opportunity to share what drives you and hear directly from residents.
