The Pomegranate (Punica granatum) is loved for its glossy leaves, vibrant orange-red flowers, and miniature fruit. This species has been admired for centuries for its beauty and symbolism, making it a striking bonsai that brings both color and character to a growing collection.
Previous bonsai experience is helpful but not required. If you have taken one of our Dwarf Jade beginner workshops, this is a great opportunity to expand your collection. Curious beginners who enjoy gardening and learning new skills are also welcome.
This unique bonsai workshop will take place in their beautiful outdoor space, where you’ll learn the art of bonsai while enjoying delicious drinks and food from a local food truck.
Led by expert bonsai instructor John Hunter, this hands-on workshop will guide you through the process of trimming, shaping, wiring, and potting your very own bonsai tree. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, we’ll provide personalized instruction to ensure you leave with a beautifully crafted tree that you can take home and care for.
In addition to the bonsai experience, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Gary’s Brewery & Biergarten. Sip on their refreshing craft beer while enjoying the outdoor ambiance. And don't worry about going hungry—the food truck on-site will have tasty options to keep you fueled throughout the evening.
