Making a functional salt shaker on the wheel requires specific shaping techniques that go beyond the basics of everyday bowls and cylinders. We invite you to experience the magic of creating this unique, enclosed form in our special 2-hour pop-up workshop! You are welcome to keep 2 of the salt shakers you make!
Because this project involves throwing closed forms and precise proportions, this class is designed specifically for students who already have basic wheel experience. Our expert instructor will guide you step-by-step through the advanced techniques needed to throw your very own custom salt shaker.
