Join us for a special New Year's yoga workshop designed for starting the new year with clear and powerful intentions.Through the joy of Inside Flow, Elina will guide you on a journey of self-discovery, releasing what no longer serves you and awakening your inner power.
This immersive experience combines movement, breath, mindfulness, journaling and a lot of fun. We will use guided meditation to set meaningful intentions and manifest new possibilities in the year ahead. We will invite the magic of our collective visions to support us making them reality.
The workshop includes:
- Dynamic Inside Flow 70 min. Vinyasa Yoga flow built on music and specific songs
- Workshop on Intention Setting and Guided Meditation
Elina Serkedzhieva has broad experience within traditional yoga paths such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Hot Yoga and more. She has a background as a dancer and choreographer and has been teaching yoga for nearly 10 years. She integrates yoga philosophy and the invitation to tap into our inner wisdom into the building of each class in order to create a unique and meaningful experience for everyone.
Regardless of style and class, she will always greet you with a big smile and a lot of love.
