Turn up for 0845 to have a special welcome so you know what happens - enjoy our fabulous warm up and then run/walk/skip around the wonderful park being cheered on by lots of fabulous volunteers.
No one is last we have a special volunteer who makes sure they are last.
The course is for 4 to 14yr olds but anyone can volunteer just register for parkrun and contact us to be put on our roster.
Wearing of bunny ears & fluffy tails is optional!
