Special Guest Speaker - Chris Hurren - Tuesday 26th of November @ 7pmThe Club has been lucky enough to secure a special Guest Speaker for our 2nd meeting of the month in November.
Christopher Hurren who is the Senior Research Fellow & Chief Scientist for the MotoCAP Project at Deakin University Waurn Ponds.
Chris’s world leading & extensive research in the field of motorcycle protective clothing has seen the development of the testing protocol for the motorcycle clothing assessment program MotoCap (www.motocap.com.au).
Chris has been very generous in offering to attend the Club’s 2nd Meeting in November (26/11) and conduct a presentation on the Motocap Projects testing & research into effectiveness & importance of Motorcycle Protective clothing.
Chris’s presentation is set to be a real eye opener on the science behind safety features and testing that goes into the gear that we all wear (or should wear) while pursuing our passion of Motorcycling.
Mark this in on your calendar now, one definitely not to be missed.
