About Blair:
Blair Dottin-Haley is the co-founder of The Dottin-Haley Group, a program design and management consultancy that has spent over a decade helping nonprofits, school districts, and purpose-driven organizations turn bold ideas into funded, implemented, and lasting programs. His philosophy is simple: ideas are easy — implementation is rare.
Blair and his team are system builders and implementers who specialize in program design and launch, community messaging campaigns, live event production, and executive strategy. His client roster speaks for itself — Xavier University, Dillard University, the Louisiana Children's Museum, the Sierra Club, Junior Achievement, and BET/Paramount, for whom he produced an award-winning short documentary on the cultural resilience of New Orleans.
Notable projects include leading a citywide workforce and education initiative with Delgado Community College and Apple, and spearheading a climate advocacy campaign that generated over 10,000 petition signatures. He also produces Lundi Gras Love, one of New Orleans' most beloved community events.
