The purpose of this meeting is to appoint temporary Directors to the Board, ensuring continued compliance with the Club’s Articles of Association.This meeting is open to all Shareholders who wish to attend.
Shareholders who:
✔️ have held their shares for two years or more, and
✔️ would like to be considered for a temporary Director position,
are invited to add their name to the list on display in the Club’s reception area.
Please note: Attendance at the Special General Meeting is required in order to be appointed.
