Whether you’re new to yoga and meditation, or a seasoned practitioner, this class will leave you feeling deeply refreshed, grounded and rejuvenated.
WHAT IS YIN YOGA?
Yin yoga focuses on slow, meditative poses held for several minutes to stretch the deep, connective tissues in your body. The long holds encourage stillness and allow you to tune into your breath and mind. This class will target the hips, spine, and shoulders - common areas of tension.

Sound healing enhances the regenerative effects of Yin yoga and, as such, they make a great pair - perfect for a Valentine’s Day class! ❤️
As you settle into each pose, your body starts to adapt to these postures. Estelle will guide you into each pose and then Adam will soothe you with healing sound vibrations as you hold the pose, helping to guide you into a deeper state of relaxation.
The soothing tones produced by x7 432hz Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, an Earth Chakra Gong, a Soul Star Chakra Gong and a Rainmaker help to deepen your stretches and the sound encourages your nervous system to relax, allowing your body to release tension effectively.
