Experience a rare SHINE session dedicated to deep rest and resonance. We will begin with a full yoga nidra journey, a reclining meditation that allows the body to unwind and the spirit to soften. After settling into this relaxed state, you will be immersed in a full sound healing experience with a Tibetan steel gong, shimmering wind chimes, a hand steel tongue drum, and crystal singing bowls. These layered vibrations invite openness, release, and quiet inner harmony.With the year coming to a close, we ask for your generosity in supporting both the church and SHINE. Your donations help the church continue its essential work in our community, and a portion also supports SHINE’s own needs such as website upkeep and new annual costs. Arrive a few minutes early to claim your spot and bring friends or family who could use a gentle pause. Wear comfortable layers and bring a mat. Chairs are available, and an eye mask is welcome if you prefer. Beginners welcome, no experience necessary.
This is not a religious event or group, the church generously allows us to use the space.
Teenagers who want to chill out in a quiet place are welcome!
