We're offering a series of abbreviated 30-minute sessions of Outdoor Baby Goat Yoga for 'ROCK THE GREEN' Earth Day clean-up at the Harley Museum! Open to the public but registration is required.
Platinum Sky Farms joins MKE Yoga Socialβ’ with their baby dwarf goats to bring you yoga filled with gentle movements and cuddles with adorable little goats.
Each session includes 20 minutes of super chill, sure-to-be slightly spontaneous yoga followed by 10 minutes of mingling with the baby goats.... πππ ππ'ππ ππππ πππ πππππππ πππππ πππππ-ππππππ πππππ!
We all know the benefits of yoga - stress reduction, lowered blood pressure, mental focus to name a few, but why add the goats?
Being around animals has been shown to decrease levels of cortisol (a stress-related hormone) and lower blood pressure. Other studies have found that animals can reduce loneliness, increase feelings of social support and boost your mood.... πππ ππππ¦ ππππ‘π πππ ππππππ¦ ππππ ππ’π‘π!
