About this Event

Looking for support to get into work? Not sure where to start? Come meet SPEAR!

Join us for a relaxed drop‑in session with the team from SPEAR Brighton – a friendly programme designed for 16–24 year olds who aren’t currently in work, education or training and want to build confidence, gain skills, and take the next step towards employment.

This is a no‑pressure, informal session. Just come along, say hi, and find out if SPEAR might be right for you.


What can you expect at the drop‑in?

Meet SPEAR coaches and ask questions
Find out what the 6‑week Foundation Programme involves
Hear how SPEAR supports you for a whole year
Explore how the programme can help with confidence, motivation, job skills and interviews
Get help signing up for the next cohort if you’re interested


Who is it for?

Young people aged 16–24 who are:

  • Not in education, employment or training (NEET)
  • Looking for support, routine, motivation or confidence
  • Wanting help to move towards work or training
  • Curious about what SPEAR can offer
