The brainchild of two rabid eternal Talking Heads superfans, Speaking in Tongues have enlisted Bristol’s finest funk players to refresh the Heads classics with their tasty licks, driving rhythms and funky grooves! Entertaining audiences since 2005, the band recreate an authentic live spectacle.
Featuring a full 7 piece band, their show dives into an amazing back catalogue featuring hits, deep cuts and fan favourites. From their seminal concert film ‘Stop Making Sense’, to their groundbreaking albums ‘Fear of Music’/‘Remain in Light’ and more, expect classics such as:

We are just a 5-minute stroll from the station.; like all our gigs this show finishes well in time for the last trains North and South to Cambridge, Peterborough and London.
