In this interactive workshop, you'll learn practical skills to speak with ease to anyone, anywhere.
This 90 minute class will cover:
- the most important action to build confidence
- how to stay calm when put on the spot
- the most effective way to eliminate filler words
- mindset shifts to mitigate speaking anxiety
Not only will you leave feeling energized to take action, you’ll walk away with an assortment of exercises to help you integrate these powerful shifts into your day to day life.

About the Instructor
Tricia Veldman is a professional speech coach with over 9 years of experience helping individuals overcome their deepest fear: public speaking. Having considered herself “shy” for most of her life, Tricia battled her own speaking anxiety and now has the privilege of guiding others to do the same. She gave a TEDx Talk in 2023, shares weekly guidance on her YouTube channel, and recently published her first poetry book.
