Speak to Release – A Self-Love Journaling & Spoken Word Experience

Join us for a unique and intentional journaling workshop designed to help you reflect, release, and reconnect with yourself.

This is more than writing in a notebook — this is a guided healing space. You will be led through thoughtfully curated journal prompts and reflective exercises centered around self-love, identity, emotional awareness, and release.

At the close of the workshop, participants will have the opportunity — if they choose — to release their words out loud in a supportive, poetic style setting. A spoken word instructor will be present to help you gently shape your reflections into a more expressive, poetic flow during the experience.

Journals are included. Light refreshments will be provided.
