About the Instructor
Ana Berry is a Tulsa-based TV host, speaker, podcaster, voiceover artist, performer, and communications coach. She holds a BFA from The Theatre School at DePaul University and a Digital Journalism Certificate from NYU. Ana is a certified communications coach with Decker Communications and has over 20 years of experience as a yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator—allowing her to integrate nervous-system regulation, voice support, and grounded presence into her coaching.
