6pm - Vocal warm up for those vocalists wishing to participate.
6.30pm - All other vocalists and musicians please arrive from this time.
7pm - Doors open to the public.
7.30pm - Live music starts.
9pm ish - Interval.
10.30pm - Live music off and load out begins. All musicians, audience members and musical equipment must be out of the venue by midnight.
Unless you have been asked or invited, please avoid arriving at the venue before these times as we'll be busy setting up during the day.
This is a free event - no tickets or guetslist required.
