We are excited to invite you to our upcoming class "Sparkling Wines 101" where we will explore the nuances of five distinct sparkling wines, each with its own unique flavor profile and production method.
During this 90-minute class led by shop sommelier, Bethany, we will taste and discuss the differences of these 5 sparkling wines: Cava, Proesecco, Pet Nat, and not one but two Champagnes (one will be vintage.) Light bites that pair perfectly with bubbles will be served.
