Sparkling Wine and Oyster Class at Philosophers & Fools

Please join us for our first ever Sparkling Wine and Oyster Class at Philosophers & Fools with our friends Certified Oyster Specialist Isabella MacBeth (Holy City Oyster Maven) and Certified Sommelier Sarah O’Kelley.

Tickets are $95, and the class will explore the science (and deliciousness) of oyster evaluation and education on the various types of sparkling wines and how each pairs uniquely with each type of oyster.

There will be four wines (a Prosecco, a Cava, and two Champagnes) and 4 different types of oysters (a dozen per person) and plenty of information regarding the featured wines and oysters. There will be ample time for questions and an order sheet to order your favorite wines for pick-up.
