Program Details
Day 1 - Ideate & Pitch
🎤 Mentor session: Mastering the Art of the Elevator Pitch.
✔ Icebreaker & Networking Challenge: Meet your peers and find common interests.
✔ Brainstorming Challenge: Generate business ideas in teams and assess them with the Problem-Solution Fit framework.
✔ Market Research Sprint: Conduct a mini-research to validate your idea (surveys, online research, interviews).
✔ Public Speaking Drills: Roleplay with storytelling exercises and improvisation.
Day 2 - Brand & Market
🎤 Mentor session: The Steps for Branding & Marketing
✔ Messaging Sprint: Craft your company’s mission statement and positioning statement.
✔ Brand Identity Workshop: Design your logo, tagline & unique selling proposition.
✔ Social Media Strategy: Plan 3 Instagram/TikTok posts that communicate your brand.
✔ Persuasion Lab: Practice storytelling and influence techniques to make your message stick.
✔ Rapid-Fire Pitch Battle: Deliver a one-minute pitch in different scenarios (e.g., investor, skeptical customer, social media influencer).
Day 3 - Plan & Finance
🎤 Mentor sessions: Business Models & Revenue Streams
✔ Endurance Challenge: A surprise test of grit and determination—push beyond your limits!
✔ Budgeting & Pricing Game: Simulate business expenses & revenue strategies.
✔ Build Your Business Plan: Outline your overview model, and growth strategy.
✔ Financial Decision Scenarios: Teams analyze different pricing models, revenue streams & funding strategies.
✔ Investor Pitch Drill: Defend your business plan and financial choices in a high-pressure pitch to a “Shark Tank” panel of mentors.
Day 4 - Lead & Collaborate
🎤 Mentor session: Team Building & Leadership Best Practices
✔ Hiring Simulation: Read resumes, conduct interviews, and select a team member.
✔ Team Leadership Roleplay: Navigate a leadership challenge and make decisions under pressure.
✔ Mindfulness & Conflict Resolution Exercises: Use quick stress management tips and practice non-violent communication drills through role play
✔ Team Cooking Experience: Work together to prepare a meal, present your business idea in a mock-up restaurant.
Day 5 - Pitch & Win
🎤 Mentor session: Introduction to Traction & EOS – Building a Sustainable Business.
✔ Review Through the Traction Model: Ensure your business plan is solid by evaluating it through the six key components of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
✔ Final Pitch Rehearsals: Speed round with mentor feedback, handling Q&A with confidence.
✔ “Sell Us Your Idea” Pitch Competition: Present your startup to a panel of experts.
✔ Live Feedback & Awards Ceremony: Celebrate top pitches, network with judges & mentors.
