Guided by a skilled NAWBO-SA facilitator, this interactive session will walk you through the Business Model Canvas, a powerful tool for mapping out the essential components of your business. Together, we’ll cover everything from identifying your target customers and crafting a compelling value proposition to planning revenue streams and resource management.
